Growing up in Bismarck, I was taught the value of working hard and feeling a sense of accomplishment when the task was done. My parents taught me about the value of hard work, integrity and doing the right thing. This is the foundation of both my personal and professional life.
My father, Ray, founded Hoffman and Associates in 1961, and I joined him in1984. Since that time I have been helping clients achieve their financial goals and protecting their tomorrows. I have a passion for choosing simple paths and eliminating confusion for my clients. I understand the importance of hard earned dollars. Safety is my number one concern.
I graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Geological Engineering. My education continued through the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, earning designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant.
I am proud to be an Approved Member of the National Ethics Association and Better Business Bureau. My core beliefs are honesty, integrity and truth.
These, and my faith, are most important to me.
I have served as president of the Missouri Slope Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and as state president of the North Dakota Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Married to Laurie since 1988, we have enjoyed mentoring high school students for more than 20 years through Young Life. We also enjoy the outdoors and are always eager to go running, hiking, hunting, skiing, kayaking, mountain biking, or golfing.
